Refund & Return Policy

Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Return Conditions
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Item must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Used or opened items
- Sale or final clearance items
How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us via our store's contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide the return address once your request is confirmed.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Order Cancellations If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.
